A gentle practice using longer holds and specific mindfulness coaching to diffuse the energetic blocks that are at the root cause of psychological, emotional and physical health issues, leaving you feeling grounded, limber and relaxed. This class teaches interoception, mindfulness and nervous system regulations skills that can be taken into daily life for those wishing to integrate trauma and manage challenging experiences or environments.

The class begins with some gentle streching priming your body-mind for a short shamanic breathwork journey. You'll receive energy healing and bodywork as per your needs throughout, followed by a period of rest & integration. You'll be energised and relaxed all at once.

More about Shamanic Breathwork

This is a meditation class to teach you how to meditate and give you space to practice (rather than a guided relaxation meditation). It includes a short instruction & pranayama (breathing practice) before we begin and concludes with a Q & A to help troubleshoot practice challenges. 

There is just enough guidance to create the container for your practice yet enough space to go deep into your inner experience. This class provides support to encourage your meditation practice whether you are starting out or a long time meditator. Make this your opportunity to meditate in community while in the comfort and privacy of your own home.

On occasion we may choose to direct our meditation to a specific purpose as guided by participants.

*This class is free with any and every yoga therapy or shamanic breathwork class you book. You will receive a code to book this class when booking your in-person class.
