SHAMANIC BREATHWORK

Access your inner healer

Meditation, yoga therapy, inner peace, healing, freedom, online group classes, shamanic breathwork, mental health, physical health support

I was led to Krystyn's shamanic breathwork sessions at a time when my internal landscape was deeply shifting and I had to let go of so many attachments dear to me (the work I love, people who became my family and best mates). Her gentle energy helped me soften to the ever-changing nature of life as I joined her sessions at the women's centre. Her support and grace gave me confidence to step into my own power to heal myself and allow sprouting of new beginnings. Blessings to you, love. I'm forever grateful.

WHAT IS SHAMANIC BREATHWORK?

Shamanic Breathwork is an experiential tool using a specific breathing technique and a chakra attuned music sequence which helps people to access their inner healer and instigate their unique inner transformational process. This breathing practice can assist one to reach states of consciousness that enable experiences otherwise inaccessible in our usual waking state. This can allow integration of traumatic events, release of emotional wounds at the energetic core and can offer realisations that effect lasting change.

The Shamanic Breathwork process was created by Linda Star Wolf who weaves teachings and transmissions of a variety of lineages including Wolf Clan wisdom (directly from her adopted Grandmother, Seneca elder Yeh-Weh-Node aka Grandmother Twylah Nitsch), Integrative Breathwork (Jacquelyn Small), Holotropic Breathwork (Stanislav Grof) and Rebirthing Breathwork (Leonard Orr).

Shamanism is a broad term that encompasses the ancient healing and spiritual practices of indigenous cultures worldwide. Some indigenous leaders say that we each contain an inner shaman that is able to facilitate our personal healing process through the innate wisdom of the body, mind and soul; and by harmonising with the universal spiritual wisdom available to us all through nature. They understand that our individual healing and health exists in unison with the community and all living things and so to realise our own optimal health is to simultaneously serve the whole. However, whether or not you resonate with the perspective of the shamanic path, you can receive the benefits of breathwork just the same.
You don't need to see yourself as a shaman or as shamanic in any way. Shamanic Breathwork is open to all.
