SHAMANIC BREATHWORK (SB): The class begins with some gentle stretching priming your body-mind for a short shamanic breathwork journey including energy & light language healing & bodywork where required followed by a period of rest & integration. Shamanic Breathwork is an experiential tool using a specific breathing technique & chakra attuned music to help people access their inner healer instigating their personal transformation. It can assist one to reach states of consciousness enabling experiences otherwise inaccessible in our usual waking state effecting lasting change. YOGA THERAPY (YT): A gentle practice using longer holds & specific mindfulness coaching to diffuse the energetic blocks that are at the root cause of psychological, emotional & physical health issues, leaving you feeling grounded, limber and relaxed. This class teaches interoception, mindfulness and nervous system regulations skills that can be taken into daily life for those wishing to integrate trauma and manage challenging experiences or environments. For those who want: - to optimise mental, emotional and physical wellbeing - tools to manage mental health & regulate the nervous system - improved energy, mental clarity, posture or emotional balance - release of self-defeating thought patterns & actions or chronic pain & tension - to feel more connected to self, others & the world - a greater sense of purpose & peace *Open to all fitness and flexibility levels *You don't need any prior experience to attend *Equipment is provided **YT - You do not need to have a specific problem/injury to benefit (not recommended within 3-6 months of hip or knee replacement). **SB - Not for those with: certain types of cardio-vascular issues, epilepsy, recent surgery, pregnancy, severe psychosomatic, mental health and emotional problems or other physical limitations. **Consult physician for advice & contact me if you'd like to discuss anything in advance. Before class: - Drink plenty of water throughout the day - Avoid eating a large meal within 1-2 hours of class - Wear clothing that you can comfortably and freely move and breathe in *Late entry is not permitted. Doors are locked at the class start time for safety reasons and to avoid disturbing the class. Please arrive with enough time to be settled on your mat by the class start time *Places are limited *Bookings required

Cancellation Policy

Refunds are not available for class purchases. Class bookings can be rescheduled by text/email up to 2 hours before class start time and used for another class within 14 days only. Class booking cancellations made within 2 hours of class start time or non attendance will forfeit your booking/class.
